Navigating the site

If you know what you are looking for - the easiest way to find details and availability is to simply type in the name or subject into the "Search" box on the Home Page. This will present you with a list of items that we have found that match in the database.

If you would like to see a list of items available, either from a particular category or overall, then select the "List" options on the home back. This will list all items available (and the ones that are not).

The lists - The list will display the items selected from either a search or list request. They are presented in category order, then in date order within the category. To see details of these items - simply click on the item and you will be shown a page with all the information shown. If a picture icon appears by the item in the list, then a picture will also be displayed.

To purchase any item - select "Add to Cart" from the items description.

The "Cart" page - will display details of any items that you have chosen to add to your shopping cart. There is no commitment whatsoever to purchase any of these items - it is simply a basket of items you are interested in and may choose to buy. You can visit this page by selecting the "View Cart" icon near the top of any page.

At the "Cart" page, you can alter the number of items required, delete any items not required, and review your order.

To place your order, click on "Order online" and follow the online instructions from there.

World Pay have been selected by us, to process our online transactions, for reasons of reliability, security and ease of use. Your payment details are fully encrypted and secured by World Pay.

The only option you have left is to decided whether you require Insured or Recorded delivery for which there is an extra charge as shown on the "Cart" page. All items are packed between specially made corrugated plastic. This ensures that the items are properly protected and will arrive with you in pristine condition.

Please allow 21 days for delivery. However we aim to ship all orders within 7 days and usually even quicker.

Contact us by any of the methods listed on the contact page. The fax and email services are available 24 hours a day. The phone lines are manned from 9.00 until 17.30 GMT. Outside these times an answering service will enable you to leave a message for us and we will get back to you. Phone and fax lines are standard UK land lines and operate at standard rates for calling this area. Emails are checked regularly and we always endeavor to reply promptly.

Guarantee

Our aim is to for you to be totally satisfied with our products and our service to you. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you have a right to cancel your order up to 7 days from the day when your goods are delivered. You do not need to give us a reason for cancelling the order. To cancel an order, inform us as soon as possible that you are exercising your right to cancel, then return the goods to us. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. Your money will be refunded to you within 30 days of the goods arriving at our office. We offer this peace of mind guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.
